Steve explains his approach: “Postural misalignment happens when one muscle group is overused in daily life, which often leads to a rapid wear and tear of joints, especially the hip joint and vertebrae in the spine.
The dance and Pilates elements of Steve Jordan’s Pilates classes focus on training the opposite muscle of the overused muscle group, so that balance and correct posture is achieved at all times.
In addition we use weights and unique gravity reformer machines in most exercises, similar to personal training, combining cardio workout with strength training, and effectively promoting postural realignment all in one.”

Our first partnership is with Health and Fitness Solutions. We met Kam Sowman of HFS via one of our clients. She had been seeing Kam concerning a knee injury, whilst also being a client of SJP. We worked in partnership with HFS to provide the best possible outcome for her. Kam was so impressed with the progress she made, that when I asked if HFS were prepared to refer clients to us, they took it a step further, and we opened our studio at HFS Aldgate in December 2009.
