Will graduated from King’s College London in 1997 with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy initially working at St. George’s NHS Hospital for 3 years before moving into the private sector in 2000. Will rowed with Thames Rowing Club from 1997-2004 winning at the Henley Royal Regatta in 2003.  He has since used both his training and physiotherapy skills to coach men and women’s crews to success.  His experiences with sport give Will and invaluable insight into the athletes mind and how they deal with injury.  He understands when you need to be held back but also how to help you return to training quickly.
