Running Clinic

At HFS we have seen that a lot of dedicated runners tend to get frequent injuries, usually through a combination of poor technique and doing too much too soon. With this in mind the team at HFS have decided to create a brand new running clinic, available to people who are serious about running and want to avoid injuries.

HFS at Action For Kids Urban Beach Volleyball Tournament

This Friday, the 11th June, HFS will be at the Action For Kids Urban Beach Volleyball Tournament which promises to be an action packed day of beach volleyball in the unlikely setting of East London!

This is a great annual event, which last year raised £50,000 for the charity. Please do come along and show your support.
