Pont 2 Fitness founders Baz Moffat and Carla Ashford spent 4 years together training and competing for Great Britain’s rowing team.  They have won medals at every level with the unstoppable energy that they now channel into Point 2 Fitness.

Point 2 Fitness are based at the HFS Aldgate clinic on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and Baz and Carla often deal with referrals from HFS Physios.

Personal training can be very beneficial for anyone trying to regain confidence after an injury, and Point 2 Fitness can help to ensure a smooth transition from treatment, back to the gym.

At the Aldgate Clinic, Point 2 Fitness often provide lunchtime training those who work in the City. Baz and Carla help many runners, rowers, those training for marathons and other sporting events.
